We aim to have our handmade items dispatched within 3-7 working days. During busier times, this can take up to 10 working days. Any delays in your order will be communicated with you directly.
How long will my order take to be delivered after dispatch?

What material are Handbag Angels liners and organisers made from?
Our custom handbag liners and organisers are made from soft, luxury, 3mm colour-fast felt.
I live overseas, will I need to pay customs and tax on my order?
Any customs charges incurred will need to be paid by the customer. Handbag Angels, sadly have no control over these charges placed on overseas shipments. For more information, please check your countries import and customs taxes, on items shipped from the UK.
I cannot see my handbag on your website. Do you offer custom or bespoke liner orders?
We are always happy to help with bespoke handbag liners. You can either fill out our online bespoke liner order form, or email us at orders@handbagangels.co.uk for further assistance.
Do you offer returns or exchanges?
No, we do not offer returns or exchanges. Each bag liner is handmade to order in the colour and size of your choice, along with any ‘Optional Extras’ you may choose. If there is a problem with your order or product, please contact our team.
